Racey Performance FAQs

What is RaceyPerformance.com?

RaceyPerformance.com is the home of the Racey Performance Method, built to help you sharpen the fundamentals that drive performance. Everything ties back to Better Basics: Eat, Sleep, Move, Think.

What is Better Basics Performance?

Better Basics Performance is a mindset, and a performance framework focused on the essentials that most people overlook. When your basics are consistent, you’re more effective, you recover quickly and your mind stays sharp.

Who is this for?

This is for Men who want to perform better in real life, not just look good on Instagram.  Executives, artists,  military, parents, first responders, professionals with no time, lifters, runners, and anyone tired of restarting every Monday.

I’m a beginner. Is this too advanced?

No. Better Basics Performance is built to scale. You’ll start where you are, lock in the basics, and progress without guessing. If you’re experienced, you’ll usually find the “missing link” in consistency, recovery, or structure.

How do the four pillars work together?

Eat supports energy and recovery. Sleep is the multiplier for everything. Move builds capacity, strength, and durability. Think is how you stay consistent when motivation disappears. The course is designed to help you tighten all four without living like a robot.  Truth be told; you couldn’t separate out; eat, sleep, move and think from heavily affecting each other if you tried.

What results should I expect?

Expect progress you can actually sustain: better routines, better decision making, and better training consistency. Results depend on your starting point, effort, recovery, and adherence. No hacks, just repeatable standards that you actually understand from a science standpoint.

How long does it take to see progress?

Most people feel early momentum once their basics become consistent for a few weeks. Visible changes and performance improvements typically follow consistency, not intensity. The goal is to build a system you can run and modify forever.

How much time do I need each week?

You eat, sleep, move and think everyday so you don’t need a bunch of extra time once you understand the basics.  Many team members end up saving time.  On Move, if you’re just starting a routine, you will do well with short, repeatable sessions that take as little as 10 minutes.  The course is designed to fit real schedules.

Do I need a gym or special equipment?

Not necessarily. Many plans can be adapted to limited equipment and time. If a program or track requires specific equipment, that will be made clear so you can choose the right option.

How do I access my course after purchase?

Access details are provided immediately after checkout and in your purchase confirmation. If your program is hosted through a community platform (such as Skool), you’ll receive an invite with instructions to join and start.
